Being a personal trainer in NYC that travels all around Manhattan means that I’m ALWAYS on the go. I have limited time to sit down and eat especially during peak hours, which makes eating a sit-down meal pretty much impossible. This put me on the search to find a healthy replacement that was quick, wasn’t perishable, and minimal in surgars/carbs.
Ultimate Protein Bar Search: Power Crunch
I’ve been on a crazy search to find a protein bar that meets all the above expectations and “Power Crunch” comes close.

Power Crunch Review
While I would’ve like Power Crunch to have few less sugars, I can’t really complain about 5 grams. The protein bar tastes amazing, it’s a wafer crisp, so it’s super light. The peanut butter tastes the best to me but when it comes to protein bar flavors (which a LOT are bad) I believe all the Power Crunch bar tastes pretty damn good. Does it meet all my criterias for my diet? No, but pretty close and it’s a great on the go replacement option until I find that bar that hits the marks.
