Egg YOLK!

A simple, effective, and fun way to get the egg yolk out of your eggs. This could be beneficial for you pastry peeps out there.

For me I generally have about 3-4 egg whites with 2-3 full eggs mixed in with:

  • Bell Peppers
  • Spinach
  • Jalapenos
  • Tomatoes

Chop it all up and scramble or create an omelete, add a sliced avocado, some berries, and BAM a complete meal= lean protein, good fat, veggies, and fruit!
