How To
Pretty straight forward…
- start from a dead hang (bottom position, scap retracted)
- Pull as hard as you can up and release…obviously catch and bam you’re good!
Caution
Don’t be an idiot, if you can barely do a pull up, maybe not a good idea to try this or anything that causes you to release the bar in mid air…
